Open University Candidates | Bachelorβs Degree from a Central or State Legislature-recognized Open University is accepted. |
Deemed University Candidates | Degree from institutions deemed under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 is valid. |
π§Ύ 3.1.3 β Educational Qualification for Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), All India & J&K Migrant Candidates
Must be an Indian National.
Passed any Bachelor’s or PG degree (min. 3 years) awarded by a recognized university (Central, State, or Deemed under UGC Act 1956).
Minimum 55% marks in any discipline.
OMS candidates who are not born or domiciled in Maharashtra, even if graduated from Maharashtra University, are still considered OMS.
π 3.1.4 β Provision for Appearing Candidates (2024β25)
Final year candidates are eligible to apply.
Must provide all required final mark sheets and degree/provisional certificates at admission.
It is the candidateβs responsibility to obtain the results before admission rounds.
π£οΈ 3.1.5 β English Language Content Test (ELCT)

π Important Notes on Marks & Grading
Aggregate Marks: Grand total of all marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
Grading System: If CGPA is awarded, the university’s certified conversion formula must be provided.
Rounding Off: Marks are rounded off to two decimal places (only if the percentage exceeds the required minimum).
